Food Insecurity is a growing problem in our nation and stronger efforts are needed to make sure all U.S. families have enough to eat. This condition exists when people lack sustainable physical or economic access to enough safe, nutritious, and socially acceptable food for a healthy and productive life. We at Bread for Bread have joined in the fight to end hunger across the United States and strive to make an impact in the rising problem of food insecurity in our communities. By linking together restaurants with food banks and other community organizations, we aim to promote improved access to food for all through innovative and unique fundraising methods.
